Do More Than Meet People
Free to Be Collective is an organization designed to help close the “loneliness gap” for Black Women of all abilities, ages, and aesthetics. We are a different approach to forging new bonds in adulthood through prioritizing authenticity and community.
What We Do
-
Public Meetups
Several times a year we host free public events for Black Women in Atlanta to make new friends, exist in a safe space, and be seen. So far, we’ve had three meetups and plan to continue hosting several throughout the year.
-
Community Building
Free to Be serves as an outlet creating opportunity to build authentic connections with other Black Women, but also holds a space for the stability of a community. We welcome Black Women of all ages (over 18), aesthetics, body types, abilities, and orientations to join our community where you have access to private events, outings, resources, and our internal portal. We stand for inclusivity, so we aim to keep membership fees affordable. Please visit our community tab for more information on joining.

Resources & Support
Being a part of Free to Be recognizes the induvial member and their needs, strengths, and talents to realize how strong they make us as a collective. Within this community, we share tools for personal and professional development and uplift each other unconditionally. As this organization grows, we hope to provide more outreach and visibility within our communities in the Greater Atlanta area.
